Privacy Policy (Please Read)

As web-based commerce becomes more dominant in American industry, so too has invasive data collection (specifically data around consumer spending habits). It’s our mission at Halia Ganotise, to mitigate unnecessary data collection for the safety of our customers.

How are we upholding this mission?

We reject the use of website cookies for the purpose of tracking visitor analytics, advertising, or behavior tracking.

We reject the use of Metapixel. Meta pixel is a small piece of code to track ad performance & website interaction types (view, sales, sign-ups). It provides demographic data, psychographic data (user fears, values, attitudes), and location data to allow businesses to re-target users who have previously interacted with their website, increasing the chance of sale..

We prompt users toward “Decline All” Non-essential cookies. Within the Squarespace interface, as a website designer, I have the option to force cookies (both essential and not) silently on my customers. We have disabled this feature and restricted cookies to essential only.

We allow customers to opt into our newsletter and marketing emails, instead of automatically subscribing them to it upon checkout. Every email contains an unsubscribe button at the bottom if you want to change your mind.

We believe in consent at Halia Ganotise.

How do we use your data and how do we keep our site secure?

We use your data to process & ship your order, send essential updates about your order (confirmation, order processing, shipment updates), and respond to customer service inquiries.

All payments are processed by trusted third parties with their own robust privacy policies (see below). We do not store or have access to your full payment information.

All customer service emails are processed through Protonmail; which is a privacy-focused encrypted email service provider. We aren’t sponsored by Proton. We value transparency.

Squarespace hosts our website which uses secure, encrypted, connections (SSL).

When you create an account or opt in to marketing emails, we will never sell your data to a 3rd party.

What rights do you have over your data?

You can request; a copy of the data we hold about you at any time, request data corrections, request deletion, or withdraw consent for communication emails. To exercise these rights, please email us at customerservice@haliaganotise.com. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to respond.

Limitations

By using 3rd parties to manage the functionality of this site. I have agreed to their terms of service and respective privacy policies. In this case, some privacy concerns cannot be mitigated to my “End Users”, the end customer of my website, you.

Pre-Order Policy

  • When will you be charged for your purchase?

    You will be charged at the time of purchase to reserve your item in the pre-order queue.

  • Can you cancel a pre-order?

    Yes, pre-orders are fully refundable until shipments begin. After shipment, our normal return policy applies.

  • Do you ship outside of the United States?

    No, we do not currently ship outside of the US.

  • What happens if product launch is delayed? Will I be notified?

    All delays will be communicated via email. Please ensure your email is correct when you order.

  • When will my order ship?

    Your order will ship within 10 days to pre-orders ending.

Shipping & Return Policy

  • What shipping methods do you offer?

    We ship within the domestic USA via USPS and provide tracking on all orders. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update.

  • When will my order ship?

    Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. During high-demand periods (restocks or new releases), processing may take up to 10 days.

  • What happens if my package is damaged in transit?

    If you package is damaged in transit, please contact us at customerservice@haliaganotise.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll work with you to make it right.

  • What happens if my package is lost in transit?

    Please email customerservice@haliaganotise.com.

  • Can digital products be returned?

    All digital sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds for: Accidental purchases, device incompatibility (please verify formats before purchase), or changing minds. If you experience a technical issue (I.e., failed download, corrupted file), please contact us at customerservice@haliaganotise.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

  • Can books be returned?

    We accept returns or replacements only if your book arrives damaged.

  • Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

    Digital content cannot be canceled once placed.

    Paperback orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing customerservice@haliaganotise.com.
